I was really excited for my stay, but unfortunately, it fell short in several areas. The location is nice, and the staff had moments of friendliness, but the accessibility features were seriously lacking. The rooms were outdated and not well maintained, making my stay quite uncomfortable. Dining options were limited and underwhelming, which was disappointing considering the vacation vibe. Overall, I expected more for what I paid.

The room we had was spacious with a lovely ocean view, but it had issues with humidity and no exhaust fans, making it a bit uncomfortable at times. The service was fantastic, with staff going above and beyond to make our trip special, especially during the New Year's Eve celebration. Overall, while there were some hiccups, we enjoyed our time and appreciated the dedicated staff.
